Scope

We built a single visual system that could scale across placements. Landing page layouts, in app and web visuals, outdoor and print adaptations, and social assets were designed to stay consistent while fitting each format.

What changed

Where the team previously hand-assembled each rollout, the new system gives them format-ready templates and a clear hierarchy of messaging. New campaigns drop into the system without re-deriving fundamentals.

Outcome

The campaign rolled out across digital and OOH on schedule. Internal teams now run subsequent waves on top of the same system, which has compounded into a reusable creative library.
