Xentro is a trade name of Stafffingg LLC-FZ, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with offices in Dubai and İzmir. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

Information you provide

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp we receive whatever you send us: your name, message contents, and any contact details you choose to share. We do not run web forms on this site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect technical information about your device and visit, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, language, viewport size, pages viewed, time spent, and interactions such as button clicks (specifically WhatsApp click, email click, and locale switch events). This information is collected via cookies and similar technologies set through our Google Tag Manager container (GTM-WQXHX4QZ).

• Replying to inquiries you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Measuring how visitors use the site so we can improve content and design.
• Measuring the performance of advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Showing relevant ads to you on Google's and Meta's networks based on your interaction with our site (retargeting).

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Our processors operate globally. Your information may be processed in the United States (Google, Meta, Vercel), Ireland (Meta and WhatsApp regional entities), and Türkiye (our İzmir office). Where transfers leave the UAE or the EEA, our processors rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards required by their privacy programmes.

Email correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship with you is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and legal compliance. WhatsApp conversations remain in our WhatsApp account until manually deleted. Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for the default 14 months. Advertising cookies expire as listed in the cookies table above.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
